By requesting booking quotes, purchasing airline tickets, or booking travel packages with SaraBell Travel and Tours Ltd, you agree to the following operational terms.

1. Booking & Airline Ticketing

All airline tickets issued through our IATA-certified desk are subject to the specific fare rules, cancellation conditions, and baggage allowances established by the respective operating carriers. Fare quotes are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed and tickets are formally issued.

2. Passport & Visa Responsibilities

While our team provides professional guidance and document handling for visa applications, the granting or rejection of visas remains the sole sovereign discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority. Travelers must possess passports valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the intended departure date.

3. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and date modifications are governed by airline, hotel, and tour operator supplier policies. Any applicable airline cancellation penalties or non-refundable deposit terms will be disclosed prior to booking finalization.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all international travelers obtain comprehensive travel medical and trip cancellation insurance. Our advisors can facilitate coverage policies upon request.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and international aviation regulations under IATA covenants.
